Manufactured using single wrapped construction, these belts are built from highly engineered components produced with advanced global belt technology to support consistent operation in demanding environments.
BESTORQ wedge belts are manufactured so that all belts of a given size run interchangeably as matched sets, supporting reliable performance in multi-belt drives. The belts feature a treated outer fabric wrap compounded with oil- and heat-resistant synthetic rubber for excellent wear resistance. Helically wound polyester tensile cords, engineered and heat- and chemically set, provide strong resistance to tensile decay, while the body rubber compound is formulated for flexibility, crack resistance, and secure bonding between belt components.
These belts exceed USA RMA published rating levels and are designed to perform at the same or higher level than other major U.S. manufacturers’ belts of the same type. BESTORQ wedge V-belts are available in common industrial profiles including 3V, 5V, and 8V, with additional ISO-dimensioned wedge profiles such as SPZ, SPA, SPB, and SPC, supporting compatibility with standard RMA and ISO multi-groove pulleys across a wide range of industrial equipment.
